Finding Inspiration!
Finding inspiration
What’s your Inspiration?
Everyone has their own way of finding inspiration. I don’t think anybody’s inspiration journey is the same, they may have some similarities but to each its own! And that’s what makes us all unique. Mines goes a little something like this, I tend to be inspired by life, nature, my culture and those who are out here living!!! What do I mean by life and living?? I mean just being perfectly imperfect being flawed but seeing the beauty in being flawed nothing is perfect and that’s life!! I find inspiration in that! I go outside and look within my culture, I look at those who are around me and those who stand out to me, it can be what they have on, skin tones, down to body language. I look around for life within nature it can be the beautiful colors of the flowers, trees, the flow and wave patterns of the water or even the shape of the clouds on a nice sunny day or even on a cloudy day! It all captures my interest and I imagine it all!!! It flows and I’m able to put all my thoughts into one big pot to come up with this amazing sauce of mines!
That B.B.Que Sauce that is!!! What are some things that inspire you? How do you start your creative process? I would love to hear comment below!!!

Are you a Print or a Solids Wearer ?
Let’s talk!!
I personally love a good print they are fun, they are eye catching and they set a certain tone for your style, but I know that they aren’t a favorite for many so they tend to stick with more solids which I understand. I believe it comes down to how you look and feel in them. Having the right prints and the size of print to accent your body is very important! Most people think prints aren't as slimming as solid colors i’ve noticed but there’s a golden rule to prints: The smaller the print, the smaller you look! Keep that in mind!
For print lovers like me we tend to throw different prints together mixing them however we feel fit for our style. We love to stand out and be noticed and prints definitely do that especially for those who are dressing for Bold Statements and to be seen! For those who are wanting to wear a print and maybe not knowing how to dress it how about a little start with a small print and a solid throwing them together and making it a fabulous fashion combination? Neutral colors are good for those just starting their print journey but eventually throw some vibrant bright colors in there as well to bring more life into your wardrobe.
I tell people all the time it’s okay to live in color baby!! This isn’t just a black and white thing anymore color brings life and warm energy, it has a more positive response with the world around you live In it!
Let me know what’s your go to Prints? Or Solids?
